About ADHB Library Links

The Auckland District Health Board (ADHB) has contracted the University of Auckland Library to provide library and information services for its staff. The service is called ADHB Library Links, and allows access to the services and electronic resources which ADHB contracts the University of Auckland to provide. The ADHB Library Links website is available from all ADHB-networked computers and from home computers to Associate Members.

The University of Auckland Library system comprises a number of subject-specific libraries. The library service to ADHB operates from one of them, the Philson Library at the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences, Grafton Campus.

ADHB staff who join the Philson Library become Associate Members of the whole University of Auckland Library system. After joining the library, if you wish to access electronic resources additional to those available via ADHB Library Links, you may do so by visiting either Philson, or any one of the University’s other libraries, and logging onto one of the library public computers.

All staff at Philson will be pleased to provide assistance and services to ADHB staff.

Please contact us about:

  • help with accessing any Library resources or services,
  • database training e.g. Medline, CINAHL, etc.
  • Endnote training or support,
  • literature searching,
  • subject or journal title [email] alerts,
  • presenting/ training your team or department.

We welcome any opportunity to ensure ADHB staff are getting the most from their Library resources and services.
