Library services until the end of December 2024 and end-of-year closedown

• The Philson Library closes at 3pm on Friday 20 December 2024 and reopens on Monday 6 January 2025.
• After-hours book returns are unavailable during the closedown period.

Requests

You may continue to request literature review assistance and copies of articles via the request forms on Library Links until these transition to a new national request system in early 2025:

• Article requests to be submitted by 12noon on Thursday 19 December 2024.
• Research consultations and literature search requests to be submitted by Friday 13 December 2024. Research Services staff at the University of Auckland will continue to provide literature review support and consultations after the transition.
• Requesting services will resume on Monday 6 January 2025.

Library Associate Membership is no longer available due to upcoming changes to library services

• Current Associate Members may borrow from the Philson Library print collections until 31 December 2024. Items currently on loan should be returned by their due date.
• Access to Te Toka Tumai databases, e-journals and e-books via Library Links is from a hospital computer only until access to e-resources transition to the new National Digital Library portal in January 2025. Current members retain their offsite access until then.
