Costs and delivery times

Costs

• All costs are charged to Te Toka Tumai Auckland, the organisation (not to individuals or departments).
• Standard requests are $5 plus GST.
• Urgent requests are $20 plus GST.
• Requests sourced from external libraries are charged at cost recovery from the supplying library.
• Only items for Te Toka Tumai Auckland work may be requested.

Delivery times

The requesting service operates Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

Article delivery

• We aim to supply articles from University of Auckland Libraries within 24 hours.
• Allow 2-3 days for articles at another University of Auckland campus/storage.
• Allow 1-2 weeks for articles supplied from external libraries (Interlibrary Loans).

Book delivery

• Allow at least 2-3 working days for books from other University of Auckland libraries.
• Allow up to 2 weeks, for books from external libraries (Interlibrary Loans).
• Books from other libraries in New Zealand can be renewed by contacting Library staff.
• Books are delivered to Greenlane and community sites via the internal mail (full work address required).

Urgent delivery

• Are supplied within 24 hours.
• For articles required same day
